She Was Fierce.

After speaking with a case manager and my therapist and one of my best friends, I feel I can kick this heart break in the rear. It’s the worst I’ve experienced, but it doesn’t mean I should crumble under its weight n risk everything I worked for last year. I may never fully understand its weight n hold on me, but I have no choice but to move on.

I am going to be attending therapy three times per week, AA here n there n I’m going to be walking regurlarly because my appointments are down the road.

It’s all I can say for now. It’s a he’ll of a lot better than where I was yesterday n this morning.

Heart break may be worth a lot when it comes to becoming stronger n opening yourself up, but it is not worth a life.
