Pimp My Toast, Redux

I have so many fresh peppers, I don’t even know what to do with them all. I’m putting them in everything and this breakfast was no exception. Sprinkle on fresh basil and drizzle generous portions of sour cream and spicy mustard and … voila! Pretty enough for its very own photoshoot.

Update and Note to Self: Check that the peppers are not jalapeño before planning an entire meal around them. Holy Mouth on Fire!!!
