Never too early for dinner! I made this insanely tasty meal for breakfast today.
Harvest fest day two: Roasted Squash, glazed in a buttery & syrupy sauce and simmered with fresh sage. Cream of Brocoli Soup in the middle, topped with roasted pumpkin and poppy seeds. Side dish of Greek marinated chicken and roasted eggplant on a bed of kale, tomatoes, roasted chickpeas and red onion, topped with a sour cream dressing.
If you’re hungry, come on over! This harvest is plentiful.
