Hands down, best meal I’ve made yet. Simple. Sophisticated. Sizzlin. Fried chicken, mozzarella, basil, dill and spices broiled on top of buttered Chibatta bread. Topped with Balsamic Fig Dressing. Hands down, a.m.a.z.i.n.g.
