Grubography. Pimp My Salad.

Mix in a lil’ chickpeas, black beans, baby tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers, basil, cilantro, dill and parsley. Add some vinegar, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and we’re good to go.

Fry up some parmesean cheese chips on medium high heat. Let ’em cool and dig in for a cool summer treat in the midst of winter!
