Art Therapy for a LUSH.

While I was away in rehab, I took part in a month-long Art Therapy course and many open art studio groups. We had limited supplies, but we made do. I also did many portraits of former patients and they were thrilled. Some so touched, they cried.

Feels good, as I haven’t really dug into my art in over a year.

I have about five upcoming exhibitions to take part in. I have to knock out some quality work to be accepted.

Below are a few of the survivors from my stint. I call this practice.
